Noor Ophthalmology Complex began its activity in May 1993 with the launch of the first super-specialty clinic on Motahari St, Tehran, Iran. The clinic was the first stage of the Complex’s activities, aiming to provide the most appropriate ophthalmic services to all patients, especially less-privileged and low-income ones.
