Motahhari Noor eye clinic

Motahari Noor Eye Clinic

Noor Ophthalmology Complex began its activity in May 1993 with the launch of the first super-specialty clinic on Motahari St, Tehran, Iran. The clinic was the first stage of the Complex’s activities, aiming to provide the most appropriate ophthalmic services to all patients, especially less-privileged and low-income ones.

Shortly after the launch of Motahari Noor Eye Clinic, the first ophthalmic laser device in Iran was used. Since then, it has been able to provide a variety of effective and unique services for ophthalmology patients.

It was expanded in 2013, after launching the new building and the following increase in the capacity of surgery rooms. Now, Motahari Noor Eye Clinic follows all the standards of Noor Eye Super-specialty Hospital, and is able to provide general, specialty, and super-specialty clinical and paraclinical services to dear patients, by utilizing the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic instruments and the presence of the most experienced experts and nurses in the field of ophthalmology.

Surgery Ward

Motahari Noor Eye Complex has two separate buildings for surgery, including 8 operating theaters with full surgical equipment and facilities, and a hospitalization ward. Motahari Noor Eye Clinic has the total capacity of admitting and performing 3000-3500 surgeries per month in its surgery ward. In this complex, in addition to performing specialty and super-specialty eye surgeries, orbital surgeries, and surgeries common between the fields of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology are performed.
