How to accept international patients in Noor Eye Hospital

Acceptance of International patients (IPD patients) is done in several ways:

A: the patients, who get familiar with Noor Eye Hospital through the hospital website or their friends or family members, are connected to an expert of the IPD (Inpatient department) by a telephone call to discuss their eyes problems and the reason of their referral. The expert of Tehran-Iran Noor Eye Hospital wants the patients to send their medical records to the hospital - usually through Whats App Messenger- if the patients have any previous medical records. The patients’ medical records are given to an ophthalmologist, a related specialist or subspecialist; then an appointment is booked for the patient according to the flight date and duration of the patient's stay and appointment with the ophthalmologist. After being referred to the hospital, the patients will communicate with the expert of the IPD, and the hospital interpreter will accompany them at all stages of their treatments- including examinations, paraclinical services, surgery, and post-operative follow-up visits.

B: Patients communicate with an expert of the IPD via e-mail and the hospital website to discuss their eyes problems. The IPD expert schedules appointments for the patients according to their health histories and medical records .After being referred to Tehran-Iran Noor Eye Hospital the patients can use the services of the health center with full support of the expert and director of the IPD.

C: Patients are referred to Tehran-Iran Noor Eye Hospital with the guidance of their relatives, friends or acquaintances, and directly contact an expert of the international patient services or IPD, as well as taking the IPD telephone number, and then the related steps are followed by the expert.

D: Patients, who have already identified the ophthalmic center, are referred to the hospital in person without calling and contacting the International patient services (IPD). After making contact with the international patient services department, patients can receive the services of the hospital.
